Matt Greene and his team were fantastic to work with! As an investor, I have worked with a handful of agents. What sets Matt apart is his local market knowledge, candor, and negotiating skills. When you’re selling your home, you need someone who tell you the truth but will also sit on your side of the table during negotiation. We trusted Matt to get this deal to the closing table and he did that without burdening us with all the little details during the process that make selling a home so stressful. That said, the level of care and attention we received was outstanding. He and his team go above and beyond the industry standard to communicate important details, showing schedules, deadlines, etc. They were extremely organized and pleasant to work with. Matthew is everything you would expect your realtor to be and more. Besides being very professional and knowledgeable, I found him to be very honest and forthright. Matthew’s response time to any question, regardless of how complex or trivial, was almost immediate. His expertise has shown through when negotiating multiple offers received on the property. Matt was referred to me by another realtor (a family member of mine) who works in a different city, so I did not know Matt going into this process. Matt is the best! Besides the little things like being responsive, Matt was a pro all the way through in walking me through various processes along the way, providing recommendations in hiring people for work that needed to be done, simply providing guidance on what to do (and not to do) in getting the property show ready, and solid guidance really on everything including when it came to list the property and for how much, and when and how much to strategically drop the price as we were no doubt dealing with dubious and dynamic market conditions. Without Matt, there is a good chance the place would still be on the market unsold, which is the last thing I wanted going into the holidays. Matt was amazingly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable when it came to selling my loved one’s last building, a multi-unit structure rife with issues. Matt had assisted in selling some of his other buildings but this last one proved to be the most challenging. No matter what obstacles arose (there were many), Matt handled them all and got it done in the end. He’s transparent, honest, goes above and beyond, and his knowledge of the current housing market is on point. I highly recommend Matt and will use him in the future.

Matt listed and sold a property of mine that had been listed with another broker for over 3 months. During our first meeting, he was prepared, direct, honest, and came with a specific sales strategy.
